The only concentrated instrument lubricant and rust inhibitor for surgical instruments. Clinically tested and proven to be thoroughly steam penetrable and steam sterilisable. 

Surgislip is a non-oily, non-sticky, non-toxic silicone free lubricant for surgical instruments. It prevents rusting, staining, spotting and tightness of surgical instruments.

Surgislip forms a protective barrier on surgical instruments, allowing them to remain in excellent working condition. It reduces costly repair and replacement of surgical instruments. 

Water soluble v oil based:

The addition of oil-based compounds to the cleaning process is wrong in principle.  It can lead to contamination over the entire cleaned surface as such compounds can inhibit the penetration of steam or sterilant gases on terminally sterilised product. Surgislip is a water based non-oily, non-sticky, non-toxic, silicone free lubricant and rust inhibitor clinically tested and proven to be thoroughly steam penetrable and steam sterilisable.

Lubrication should only be applied to those areas where it is required during the inspection/packing process, after thorough cleaning of the instrument.
