User-defined reports and invoices, both detailed and summarised can be printed, alternatively, data can be exported to your finance department in a variety of formats.
Tracker Ward Top-Up Module
The Tracker Ward Top-Up module enables the user to create consumable packs for issue to wards and theatres. Lists can also be produced locally by the system, and/or we can supply order pads complete with barcodes for external locations to fax orders in. All issues can be edited before dispatch and accompanied with an invoice, statement or delivery note.
Tracker Locate Module
The Tracker Locate module can be run on any networked computer in the hospital to locate the precise position of a tray set or uniquely identified supplementary item (i.e. in the wash, in the clean room, in the autoclave, in the sterile stores or off site), thus eliminating the necessity to phone and search around different departments as is commonly done.
Tracker Satellite Module
The Tracker Satellite module enables the user to record all decontaminated items received into a theatre sterile store area and record all items returned to the reprocessing unit after use. The module can be run in conjunction with the Tracker full floor management traceability system, or can be run independently where required. All records generated are date, time, unique product and responsible operator stamped. The report facility enables users to identify what instrumentation they have in theatres, what instrumentation has been sent back for reprocessing, when that instrumentation is due back and which instrumentation was not returned within the agreed timescales. Meaningful management reports can be generated covering any user defined period.
The locate function contained within the Tracker Satellite module, when the module is networked and linked to Tracker, can be run to locate the precise position of a tray set or uniquely identified supplementary item (i.e. in the wash, in the clean room, in the autoclave, in the sterile stores or off site), thus eliminating the necessity to phone and search around different departments as is commonly done.
Tracker Pack Timer Module
The Pack Timer module enables the user to record the time each operator takes to complete the inspection and packing process in the clean room. All records generated are date, time, unique product and responsible operator stamped. The support function which is available in all Tracker modules enables operators to view images of tray sets and single items together with any supporting documentation. The comprehensive report facility will enable managers to produce meaningful management reports and identify potential resource and training issues.
Tracker Set Checking Module
The Tracker Set Checking module enables the user to check which set a uniquely identified instrument is assigned to. When all instruments contained within a tray set are uniquely identified, the user can ensure there is no instrument migration between tray sets. If the instrument being checked does not belong to the tray set being checked, the correct tray set details will be displayed. This module can also be used as a training aid, as it is possible to display the image of the uniquely identified instrument being checked. All records generated are date, time, unique product and responsible operator stamped.
