Personnel Application is a employee record software solution designed for all industries. The system allows the user to record employee details, planned employee training, training received by the employee, annual leave, sickness, absenteeism and appraisal information.

The system is password controlled for data protection purposes. Employee records are input manually using the keyboard and mouse.

The system allows the user to build and maintain employee business critical details. The reporting package allows the user to produce meaningful detailed employee reports.

Personnel Application software can be located on a stand-alone computer workstation or can be networked.
